charity's staff and key supporters.

Ascot Race Day

A very relaxed informal day, this is a warm-up for the main event in October providing an enjoyable day out where members of the charity of the year, the committee and guests can get to know each other. The charity is encouraged to invite its key supporters and trustees along.

Guests arrive for a champagne reception at 12 noon, followed by a sit-down three course lunch and an opportunity to go and watch the afternoon's races. Afternoon tea is served and we have our own Tote in the room. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to raise funds for our charity, we hold a raffle and a short auction.
